WE Retreat April 8th – 9th, 2016 Student Volunteer RIT/WE@RIT Conduct Contract Form RIT Conduct Code (excerpts) Alcohol: The consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages is prohibited regardless of age or circumstances. Drugs: Possession, sale, manufacturing, or trafficking of illegal drugs is prohibited. Theft: Attempted or actual unauthorized possession of RIT property or other personal or public property is prohibited. Vandalism: Attempted or actual damage to or alteration of RIT property or other personal or public property is prohibited. Fire Safety: Setting a fire, causing a false fire alarm, or causing an unreasonable situation that creates a fire-safety hazard is prohibited. Sexual Misconduct: All forms of sexual misconduct, including any form of unwanted sexual contact, are expressly prohibited. Endangering Behavior: Conduct that threatens or endangers the health and/or safety of (a) person(s), including but not limited to exiting a building through the window or throwing of objects out of the window is prohibited. WE@RIT Retreat Conduct Code Leaving Campus: Students participating in this event are not allowed to leave the campus during the program unless under the supervision of representatives of RIT, or unless prior arrangements have been made between the student, parents and the WE@RIT Program Manager. Lodging: Participants will be housed for this overnight on campus with an RIT student host. All rules and behavior guidelines pertaining to this room assignment will apply and be enforced. Roommate Guests: Hosts will not arrange or entertain overnight roommate guests during this event or make any other arrangements that would lead to the discomfort of their student guest. Hosts will focus their attention and plans around a positive informative and fun experience for the visiting participant. Quiet Hours: For the comfort and consideration of the residents of the assigned dorm, quiet hours will be required between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. I, (Student Volunteer)___________________________________________, have read the RIT/WE@RIT Retreat Conduct Code. I agree to observe these policies while hosting my guest at RIT.
