Number of low hemoglobin measurements (percentage of total number infants and children with hemoglobin
measurements during the calendar year. Low hemoglobin is <11.0 for infants/children <2 years of age and <11.1
for children > 2 years. Low hemoglobin is characteristic of anemia.

measurements during the calendar year. Normal hemoglobin is >11.0 for infants/children <2 years of age and
