How to issue benefits when there is a “Proof Pending”:

Complete CGS w ith information abov e
o Select Issue Benefits – HuBERT w ill suggest one month of benefits since there is
Proof Pending. I ssue benefits. I nform participant of required action for next
benefit issuance.
o Next Benefit I ssuance – Open Participant Folder. Update Residency Proof and
I dentity Proof fields. HuBERT w ill allow CPA to issue appropriate number of
benefits.
