Last blood v alue OK
Complete blood screen in CGS w ithout entering v alue for hemoglobin since last hemoglobin
v alue w as OK.
How to complete certification when system requires blood record but MN WIC
policy does not:
o Open Blood tab in CGS
o Click Add button
o Select CPA determined not due for blood work from the Reason Bloodwork Not
Collected drop-dow n list
o Click OK button
