Unknown Height/Weight
CRITERIA:
Complete Create New Household (Session 1)
Pregnant mom is in a w heel chair and height/w eight cannot be measured.
Complete certification.
How to perform certification when unable to measure height/weight for participant:
o Click the Height/Weight/Blood tab in the CGS
o Click Unknown Height/Weight button
o Click Yes on the “Enter a placeholder for unknow n…” message
o “Unknown” should fill appropriate columns in grid
o When you click on Growth Grids button, no measurements plot
o Click the Blood tab
o Add blood v alue as required
o Click OK button to exit Height/Weight and Bloodwork screen
