Documenting Income for
Migrants
CRITERIA:
Find a child due for recert (Cert End Date < current date)
Parents are migrant farm w orkers.
I ncome w as v erified at last certification.
Determine current household size for participant.
Complete income.
Complete Demographics.
Complete the certification and issue benefits.
How to document income for migrants who have had income documented in the
last 12 months:
o Click the Demographics link
o Click the Income Calculator icon
o Click the Add Item button
o Select the Yearly radio button
o Type 0 in the Amount per Year field
o Select Migrant – Income Exception from the Proof of Income dropdow n
o Click OK button
o Enter current household size into the Household Size field
o Click OK button
o Complete required Demographics field

Select Migrant checkbox
o Click OK button
