Pending Proof of Income
CRITERIA:
Find a child due for a cert (Cert End Date > current date)
Begin CGS for child.
I ncome information is $1500 per month.
Household size = 3.
Participant does not hav e proof of income at cert.
Complete income.
Complete Demographics.
Close the certification.
Create the required documentation
How to document pending proof of income:
o Click the Demographics link
o Click the Income Calculator icon
o Click the Add Item button
o Enter 1500 into the Amount per Month field
o Select ***PENDING PROOF*** from the Proof of Income drop-down
o Click the Pending Proof of Income checkbox
o Click the OK button
o Enter 3 into the Household Size field
o Click OK button
o Complete the required fields in Demographics
o Click OK button
o Click the Close Certification icon
o Click Manage Alerts icon
o Click the Add button
o Enter into the Alert Text field

Text: “Need proof of income to issue more benefits” or what you usually write in these
alerts
o Click OK button
o Click Close button
