CRITERIA:
Create a household w ith tw o children


1 child just turned one year old
1 child ov er 2 years old Complete Demographics and I ncome for household in CGS.
Both children are on MA and brought their MA cards as proof.
Household size = 3.
Begin CGS for both children.
Select the appropriate adjunctiv e program and proof.
Complete Demographics for both.
Close the certifications.
Selecting MA adjunctively eligibility and proof:
o Click the Certification icon for one of the children
o Click Yes on the “Do you w ant to start…?” message
o Click the Demographics link
o Click the Income Calculator icon
o Click the MHCP-MA checkbox
o Select Phone/System Verification

Since the MA card doesn’t hav e a date, you must v erify proof and this is the
appropriate proof to select once v erified
o Enter 3 into the Household Size field.
o Click OK button
o Complete the required fields in Demographics
o Click OK button
o Click the Certification icon for the other child
o Click the Demographics link
o Complete the required fields in Demographics
o Click OK button
o Click the Close Certification icon in both CGS’
