Scan a Document
CRITERIA:
Find a participant in your local agency w ith more than one household member
(Click Household I D header to sort Participant List by Household I D)
Must be logged into w orkstation connected to scanner
Scan a document into the participant folder.
Sav e scanned document to all household member’s participant folders.
Household I D:
Verify scan sav ed to participant folders.
How to scan a document and save to other household member’s folders:
o
Open participant folder
o Place a document onto the scanner
o Click Document Imaging on the menu bar
o Select Scan a Document
o Click OK on message
o Once scan has completed, select a Document Type
o Click the Select button
o Click on all household members to select
o Click OK button
o Type a descriptive title and page number (if more than one page – ex: Pg 1 of 2) into
the Comments text box
o Click OK button
o Click OK on “The current document has been successfully…” prompt
o Click Document Imaging on the menu bar
o Click View Scanned Documents
o Click View Document button
o Verify document was scanned
o Close scanned document
o Close participant folder
o Open another household member’s folder
o Click Document Imaging on the menu bar
o Click View Scanned Documents
o Click View Document button
o Verify document was scanned into this household member’s folder
o Close scanned document
