Create Household Alert
CRITERIA:
Find a participant in your local agency w ith more than one household member
(Click Household I D header to sort Participant List by Household I D)
Household I D:
Create a household alert.
Alert should display w hen participant folder is opened.
Verify alert show s information w hen another household member’s participant folder is
opened and alert appears.
How to create a household alert:
o Open participant folder
o Click Manage Alerts icon
o Click Add button
o Type a subject
o Type some corresponding text
o Click OK button
o Click Close button
o Close participant folder
o Open another household member’s participant folder
o Alert should display
