Create Breastfeeding Note
without Using Template
CRITERIA:
Find a breastfeeding participant in your local agency
I n a current cert (Cert End Date > Current Date)
Create a breastfeeding note w ithout using the breastfeeding template.
How to create a breastfeeding note without using the breastfeeding template:
o Open participant folder
o Click Manage Notes icon
o Click Create BF Note button
o Click No button on “Do you w ant to use the…” prompt
o Select a Subject from the drop-dow n list
o Enter text into Create Breastfeeding Note text field
o Click OK button
o Click Close button
