Create Breastfeeding Note
Using Template
CRITERIA:
Find a breastfeeding participant in your local agency
I n a current cert (Cert End Date > Current Date)
Create a breastfeeding note using the breastfeeding template.
Remov e the follow ing topics from the Note: “Mature Milk in”, “Nipple Problems” and
“Narrativ e”.
Complete any other topics you w ant to.
How to a breastfeeding note using a modified breastfeeding template:
o Open participant folder
o Click Manage Notes icon
o Click Create BF Note button
o Click Yes button on “Do you w ant to use the…” prompt
o Select a Subject from the drop-dow n list
o Click and drag mouse ov er “Mature Milk in” to highlight
o Press Delete key on keyboard
o Click and drag mouse ov er “Nipple problems” to highlight
o Press Delete key on keyboard
o Click and drag mouse ov er “Narrativ e” to highlight
o Press Delete key on keyboard
o Click next to topic and enter text
o Click OK button
o Click Close button
