Create High Risk Note with
SOAP Note Template
CRITERIA:
Find a participant in your local agency – high risk or not…
Create a high risk note using the SOAP note template.
How to create a High Risk note with the SOAP note template:
o Open participant folder
o Click Manage Notes icon
o Click Create SOAP Note button
o Copy text from SOAP Note template by clicking and dragging mouse from
bottom to top of text to highlight text
o Right click on highlighted text to open menu
o Left click on Copy
o Click Cancel button
o Click Create General Note button
o Select High Risk from Subject of Note: drop-dow n
o Right click in Create General Note text area
o Left click on Paste
o Enter text
o Click OK button
o Click Close button
