Certification
CRITERIA:
Complete “Close CGS w ithout Completing Cert” exercise on same date as this exercise
Remov e the incomplete certification.
How to remove an incomplete certification:
o Open participant folder
o Click Participant Activities menu
o Select Remove Incomplete Certification
o Click Yes button on “The current certification attempt w ill be remov ed…”

o All fields should be re-enabled
o Updated telephone number should rev ert back to prev ious
o Click Certification History tab
o Verify no certification record is displayed
