CRITERIA:
Any participant in your local agency
I n current cert (Certification End Date > Current Date)
Produce VOC document.
Do not terminate participant.
How to print a VOC Document:
o Open participant folder
o Click on Participant Activities menu
o Select Produce VOC Document
o Click OK button
o Collect VOC document from printer
o Signing the document creates an “official” VOC document, w hich can be used
for transfer
