Participant
CRITERIA:
Complete “Out-of-State Transfer for New Participant” exercise
Use same first, last name and DOB as participant you created
Prescreen participant so that Potential Duplicate Participant screen opens.
Continue to create new participant record.
How to cause Potential Duplicate Participant screen to open when Prescreening:
o Click Create New Household icon
o Enter Prescreen information
o Enter exact same last name (for first three letters) as another participant in
statew ide database
o Enter exact same first name (for first three letters) as another participant in
statew ide database
o Enter same date of birth
o Click OK button
o Click Complete Prescreening button
