CRITERIA:
Search for participant in Clinic database
I dentify participant w ho receiv ed benefits for last month and is due for benefits this month.
State WI C I D:
How to identify if participant due for benefit issuance:
o Search for participant in Clinic database
o Highlight any participant on screen
o Click Show Details button
o Benefit set section indicates if participant receiv ed benefits

PFDTU-Printed First Date to Use. I ndicates the participation month of the
benefits.

LDTU- Last Date to Use. I ndicates the last date the benefits can be
redeemed. I f this date is in the past, the participant is past due for
benefits
o Click on next participant in list (or use arrow key) to v iew PFDTU and LDTU–
repeat until participant found.
