The Rockville High School STUDENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM A Montgomery County Public Schools Safe and Drug- Free Schools Project Thomas Rea MCPS Presents… HOW TO HELP A FRIEND Friday night we had this party, right? Well, there was some beer and stuff. Some of my friends think it’s OK to drink beer or smoke. But my BEST friend got really sick. He can’t even remember much about what happened. I don’t want my friend to get mad at me. And I don’t want to get him in TROUBLE. So what should I do? What if he really does have a problem? How can I help? Hey, I know! Rockville High School has a STUDENT ASSISTANCE TEAM. I can fill out this CONFIDENTIAL Concern Form I don’t even have to sign it. Everything is TOTALLY CONFIDENTIAL! Forms are in the Guidance Office, Library, Health Room, & Online at the RHS web page. I’ll put the form in an envelope, addressed to STUDENT ASSISTANCE, And mark it CONFIDENTIAL. I can turn in the CONCERN FORM to the Guidance Office, Library, Health Room or to any Student Assistance Team member. I’ll know I helped, but NO ONE ELSE in school will know about it. IF YOU OR YOUR FRIENDS are using ALCOHOL OR OTHER DRUGS Student Assistance can help.
