When?
Girl’s Try Outs: Nov. 12 & 13
Boy’s Try Outs: Nov. 18 & 19
*Tryouts may continue through later dates depending on participation
All practices and games will be on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Activity buses are available to ride home on Wednesdays and Thursdays
What do I need to Try-Out? Students must have:
 Signed Parent Permission Slip
 Doctor’s Physical (Health Inventory SR-8) within last two years
 A 2.0 average with no more than one “E” from previous marking period
 Students who make the team will turn in a Medical Card and Transportation Form
and pay the Extra Curricular Activity Fee
