Lorraine Lopez, TAC-D Senior Project Associate, has been appointed by the
Sullivan County Legislature as a Human Rights Commissioner. Ms. Lopez is a
member of the HR Commission’s taskforce which is working closely with Everyday
Democracy to implement the Community Dialogue-to-Change project. Dialogueto-Change programs help people build the trusting relationships necessary for
long-term change. People from diverse backgrounds and experiences develop
trust, understand each other’s experiences, and work together on solutions.
