Learning rituals, processes and protocols to enhance participant’s ability to facilitate
meetings of all kinds and build learning communities
Hands–on experience in up to 4 protocols each day, including but not limited to
Atlas: Looking at Data, Issaquah, Diversity Rounds, What Comes Up, Descriptive
Consultancy, Tuning, Collaborative Assessment
A variety of individual, pair, small and large group activities
Conversations about equity, race and gender
Immersion in relevant readings and research
Numerous opportunities to facilitate group work
