Alimentum Formula -- Container Size Change UPDATE
As noted in the March 23rd edition of the WIC Wednesday Update, Similac Alimentum Powder is being
transitioned from a 16 ounce size container to a 12.1 ounce size container. We had thought the new
container size would begin to appear on store shelves late this month. It now appears that this change is
occurring sooner than we had anticipated.
Effective immediately, we recommend you select the 12.1 ounce container size in HuBert for any
vouchers that you issue for Similac Alimentum. Please note that some participants who already have
vouchers issued for the 16 ounce container size may need to have their vouchers reissued to reflect the
12.1 ounce container size.
