These new accounts will associate the user ID with the agency, which will provide the training user access to that agency’s clinics (including their Local Use Codes, etc.). A result of this is that the current training user accounts will no longer work to access the training database. Agencies with a training machine will need to call the Help Desk to obtain a new user login. Select from the Fixed Nighttime Location Drop-Down List – Do Not Type into Field The Fixed Nighttime Location field in the Demographics is a statewide list that users can select from to indicate where a homeless participant might be temporarily staying. It is not meant to be a specific designation but rather a general indicator of where the participant is currently staying at night. It’s different from other fields in that it has a drop-down list to select from and is also a field that can be typed into. Please do NOT type into this field! Select the option that most closely applies from the list provided. If you would like to see another general option added, you can submit a Local Agency HuBERT – Change Request Form (select Add Drop-down Addition Suggestion from the Type drop-down) and the State will review the suggestion and add it if appropriate. Deactivate Inactive Users in HuBERT Staff who are no longer with your WIC agency should have their HuBERT user access deactivated. An Infoview report called STAFF IDS & NAMES found in the MN SHARED/STAFF MANAGEMENT folder provides a list of currently active users who have logged into your agency on Production. Agencies should ensure the users on this report should still have access to HuBERT. If a user should no longer have access, a HuBERT User Request (requires sign-in to a CFH account ) found on the CFH Forms and Applications page should be submitted to deactivate the user’s access. Please note that since some CSC staff (Carl Medley, Jason Bunselmeyer) and State staff (Tami Matti, Sarah Mallberg) have access to agencies on Production and may have had to log in at some point, they may display in your user list. Please disregard these names if any of them display on your report.
