For example, a child certified at 18 months may have only been assigned Risk Factor 428 – Dietary Risk Associated with Complementary Feeding Practices, which is applicable through 23 months of age. At the time of the cert, the system could not auto-generate the two-year default food package because there wasn’t an applicable risk factor for the 2-3 age category. Once the child turns two, you will need to generate an approriate food package in order to issue benefits. If you try to do so, the system will generate an error indicating the child doesn’t have a valid risk factor. In this instance, you would assign Risk Factor 425X so that you can create a default food package. The Help Desk Is Your First Call for Assistance with HuBERT This is a reminder that the MN Help Desk should always be your first point of contact for any questions or assistance you may need with HuBERT. In most cases, they are immediately available and can provide much more direct assitance than the State Office. You can contact them either by phone at 1-800-488-8799 or email at [email protected]. IDENTIFIED BUGS/ISSUES in HuBERT Error When Running Reports in Infoview We have had a couple of instances in which the following error displays when trying to run a report in Infoview. If this occurs, please contact the Help Desk immedately to inform them. CSC will need to reboot the Infoview server to resolve the error. CSC is currently researching the issue and its long-term resolution.
