Total children with weight status information. Analyses based on one randomly selected record per child. Excludes records with
unknown data or errors.

Total number in weight category (Percentage of total children). Based on 2000 CDC growth chart percentiles for children 2 years of
age and older; underweight is defined as BMI-for-age < 5th percentile, overweight is defined as BMI-for-age ≥ 85th to < 95th
percentile, obese is defined as ≥ 95th percentile to < 97.5 percentile, and very obese is defined as ≥ 97.5 percentile.
