Departure and Return Schedule
Departure Day
Monday (Team Scheffer-SESSION 1, Oct. 26th ) or
Wednesday (Team Leissa-SESSION 2, Oct. 28th )
Arrive no later than 8:15
Students are not permitted to ride the bus with their luggage.
Students will drop their luggage off at the assigned location in
front of the school and report to cafeteria.
8:30 a.m. – 9:40 a.m.
Explain Outdoor Ed Journals; Students work on Journal
Prompts; Review the Outdoor Ed. Schedule; Get to know each
other.
9:40 a.m.
Students board busses and depart WOMS
10:00 a.m.
Arrive at Lake Frank for hike to Smith Center
10:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
Hike to Smith Center
12:15 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Lunch – students and staff must bring their OWN bagged
lunch. (If the school normally provides your student with
lunch, a bag lunch will be provided for him/her.)
Return Day
Wednesday (Team Scheffer, Oct. 28) or Friday (Team Leissa, Oct.30)
12:30 p.m.
Depart from Smith Center for White Oak Middle School

PARENTS ARRIVE AT WOMS
1:00 p.m.
Arrive at White Oak Middle School
- Parents pick up students
Pick up procedures
1. Arrive to White Oak MS at 12:45 to pick up your student(s).
2. Do not park or idle in front of the school. Curbside parking is reserved for the buses.
3. Pick up your student from the GYM by signing them out. All people picking up students must show valid
identification.
4. Students will not be allowed to leave with people whose names are not on the reunification form.

5. Pick up luggage from in front of the school.
