SVHS BOOSTER CLUB is an ALL-SCHOOL booster club whose mission is to
promote and support extracurricular activities, including academic and
athletic programs, as well as to foster the success of these programs.
DID YOU KNOW???
 Sports teams only receive partial funding from Maryland state or Montgomery
County Public Schools (MCPS)?
 Seneca Valley receives only 301% of the Athletic Dept. budget from MCPS
 Each team fundraised and concession booth sales help raise the other 70%
 Funds go directly to club sponsors and Mr. Irvin to support all the athletic program
and academic needs
 New for 2015-2016! A plan to help all teams open the concessions booth
during home games. This is nice for the fans and brings in some revenue!

BOOSTER CLUB raises funds by:
 Membership Donations
 Concessions
 Fundraising event (such as a Drive event)
CONCESSIONS BOOTH SALES
Open during games
JV mans during Varsity
Varsity mans during JV games
BOOSTER CLUB RAISES MONEY TO ALL!

 Field maintenance for all teams
 Equipment for various teams/clubs
 Uniforms for players and club

OUR GOALS FOR 2015-16
BOOSTER CLUB provides funds and other resources to support teams, clubs, and other
school organizations. SVHS Booster Club needs to raise at least $25,000 as per
budget needs.
