Core Values
  At RMS our core values are:

These are taught and demonstrated daily around
school. As a student it is your job to establish and
practice the core values in your everyday routine in
the classroom, hallway, cafeteria, media center/
computer labs, bathroom and interactions with staff
and your peers.

  PBIS is in place for YOU!
  It is an incentive system to reward YOU!
It focuses on positive behavior and
positive interactions.
 Students who meet and exceed our
expectations and consistently
demonstrate RMS Core Values
 will be rewarded!
Behavior Support
System
 The final component of PBIS are
behavioral expectations. RMS has
developed a system to establish, as
well as maintain, a safe and effective
school environment that maximizes
the academic achievement and
positive behavior of all students.
Through consistency we can maintain
a positive school environment!
Bounce Passes
 This year we are implementing the
BOUNCE pass. If you receive a Bounce
pass you are to leave the classroom and
report to a specified room, your pass will
tell you where to go and how long you will
be gone. You are expected to work while
you are gone and reflect on what behaviors
could have led to a more positive outcome.

CATCASH
 CatCash is an incentive
program for RMS students.
 Students can redeem CatCash
at the RMS CatCash Megamart
for a variety of cool items!
 Students can earn CatCash
from any RMS staff member.
