You will need to use your child’s MCPS email account to access classroom. ( [email protected] ) Is there a Classroom app I can use on my mobile device or tablet? Yes, the Classroom app is available for iOS and Android devices. There’s also a Classroom app for ChromeOS. For more information, see Get the Classroom app. Will Classroom have ads? Like all the other Apps for Education, Classroom contains no ads, never uses your content or student data for advertising purposes, and is free for schools. Learn more at google.com/edu/privacy. Will Classroom be accessible for users with disabilities? We are committed to making Classroom accessible for our users, including those with disabilities. Learn more about accessibility at https://support.google.com/edu/classroom/answer/6084551 How does a student submit completed work? Students must submit completed work by clicking “Turn In” from Google Classroom. Simply clicking “Turn In” from the open Doc will not finalize completion of assignments. If students are in an open document with a “Turn In” button, they will be directed to Google Classroom when they click “Turn In” from the Doc; there, they must finalize submission by again clicking “Submit.” Once a student has submitted work on Google Classroom, can he/she make changes to the document? Once a student has submitted work, he/she can “Unsubmit” work from the Google Classroom page to revise (there will be a button to click on the assignment page). But, the student must “Turn In” work again in order for the assignment to be considered completed on time. They should not request access to a “View Only” document; if a document is to be revised, it must first be unsubmitted. Teachers will not give access to “View Only” documents. Where can I go to get more help? You can discuss Classroom with other users by searching for the Google for Education Help Forum. Finding Pyle Online Resources 1. Sign into Edline. 2.
