cost is $89.00 per exam. Bring your completed form to the IB Office (room 109) during lunch. (Please
be advised that any exam requested after March 31, 2014 must be special ordered and will incur a $50.00 College
Board late fee PER EXAM.)

ILLNESS POLICY/MISSED OR LATE EXAM
All AM exams require students to report at 7:30 a.m. and PM exams require students to report at 12:00 in order to facilitate
the administration process. Students who report after the exams have started will not be permitted to test, and will be subject
to a $13 returned test fee from the College Board.
If a student is not able to take a test due to illness, and wants to reschedule the exam, a physician’s excuse is required and
Ms. Wahrman must be notified by e-mail on or before the originally scheduled exam date. If a student does not reschedule
the missed exam, he or she will be charged the $13.00 College Board test return fee per exam.
