Reminders!
Session 2: APRIL 22 - 24

Students must bring a bag lunch on Wednesday, April 22, 2015. The
student’s name should be clearly labeled on the lunch. Drinks will be
provided. DO NOT PACK YOUR LUNCH IN YOUR LUGGAGE!

Students may bring a total of 2 bags (including their bed roll).
They should be in water-proof bags and clearly labeled with
their names.

Students should be dropped off at Newport Mill MS at 7:30
am. They cannot take the school bus for safety reasons.

Students should go directly to the bus loop
entrance of NMMS to check-in when they arrive at
school that day.

Students will return to NMMS at approximately
12:45 pm on Friday, April 24, 2015. They must
be picked up at that time. They cannot take the
school bus for safety reasons and classes will not
be in session at the school.


CHANGES TO PICK-UP PROCEDURE – Detach and return the bottom portion of this page if you
are making changes to your child’s pick-up procedure. Please return by Friday, April 17, 2015.

Sesión 2: EL 22 – 24 DE ABRIL

Los estudiantes deben traer un almuerzo con ellos el miércoles, 22 de abril de
2015. Marque el nombre del estudiante en la bolsa del almuerzo. Se
proporcionarán bebidas. ¡NO EMPAQUE EL ALMUERZO CON EL EQUIPAJE!

Los estudiantes pueden traer un total de 2 bolsas (incluyendo su saco
de dormir y/o ropa de cama). Deben ser bolsas impermeables y
claramente marcadas con sus nombres.

Estudiantes deben ser dejados en la escuela Newport Mill a las
7:30am. No pueden tomar el autobús escolar por razones de seguridad.

Los estudiantes deben ir directamente a la entrada de los
autobúses de NMMS para el check-in cuando lleguen a la
escuela ese día.

Los estudiantes volverán a NMMS a la 12:45pm del
viernes, 24 de abril de 2015. Deben ser recogidos en aquel
momento. No pueden tomar el autobús de la escuela por
razones de seguridad y las clases en la escuela no estarán en
sesión.

