Please join us!
You are invited to a regional forum to help gather information and make recommendations
regarding rural health care in Minnesota. Your input will assist health care decision-makers in
creating rural-friendly state and national health policies.
The Minnesota Department of Health’s Office of Rural Health and Primary Care is sponsoring the
forum. The agenda will be a facilitated group discussion with health care and community
stakeholders.
Hospital administrators and staff, rural emergency medical services personnel, rural health care
providers, community organizers and leaders, and interested citizens are encouraged to participate
in the forum listed below:
