Conceptual Framework (aka Logic Model Diagram) 40 min Goal: Using the current conceptual framework and the careful thinking workgroup members did after the previous meeting, identify the best way to measure each study concept group (administrative, patient care and patient outcomes) Format: The workgroup will break into three groups, each receiving a study concept and identifying a proposed best measurement approach. Questions to frame the conversation: What are you trying to measure? How would you calculate the measure (definition and granularity)? Where would you get this information (data source) and how would it be managed? What are the considerations when answering these questions? How to prioritize alternative ways to measurement?
