Smart Phone Applications
Common Core Standards is a smart phone application that provides easy phone access
to the standards. Resources, such as appendices and glossaries, are also available via the
application.
UDLinks offers a variety of resources for educators to use in the classroom. Universal
Design for Learning (UDL) is a set of principles for curriculum development that
considers the needs of all individuals to create equal opportunity for learning. The
UDLinks smart phone application provides information about the principles of UDL as
well as resources for educators.

Maryland Learning Links is a resource for educators and families about issues related to
special education and early intervention in Maryland. The Maryland Learning Links
website provides information about UDL with children in special education.

The UDL Wheel provides guidelines and checkpoints to assist educators in designing
flexible lessons and curricula that reduce barriers to learning and provide innovative and
supportive learning to meet the needs of all learners. The guidelines can also help
educators evaluate existing curricula goals, materials, methods, and assessments.
