Loiederman Middle School Choral Program
Officer Descriptions:
President – this officer will oversee, organize and be the face off the Loideramn
Middle School Lions Choral Booster (LCB) 501 (c ) 3 organization, they will
secure and maintain documents and activities pertinent to the 501- (c ) 3 statues as
a Maryland non-for-profit organization, this would included but not limited to held
elections and meeting, co-ordinate all activities with the officers, chairpersons and
volunteers in support of the Loiederman Middle School choral program, as well as
other duties pertinent to the office; this office can be a co-chaired office
Vice-President – this officer will assist the President in overseeing and organizing
all LCB activities, this may include assistance in overseeing chair persons and
other LCB officers,
Treasure – this officer will maintain the finance documents statues of the
organization, assist the President in keeping the organization financially sound and
paying said taxes and maintaining the statues of the organization as a not-for-profit
organization
Secretary – this officer will assist the President in act ivies for LCB ,maintain
notes and agendas of meeting as well as assist with chairpersons but is not limited
to these activities
