Breastfeeding Trainings & Meetings – Registrations Open
We have several lactation training and meeting opportunities coming up. Registration links
are included below. Please register even if you completed the survey on interest – it will help
to have all the registrations in one place, thanks!

June 16, 2016. Mankato. Noon - 3:30. Breastfeeding Orientation for New WIC
Staff. This will be similar to the breastfeeding component of the former in-person new
staff training, but updated. It will be a short overview of breastfeeding promotion and
support in WIC, and a foundation for further learning. This is something new, and may
be offered at additional locations in the future if there is interest. Register here.

June 28, 2016. Fergus Falls. 10:30 - 3:30. WIC Breastfeeding Coordinators Meeting.
The agenda will be determined by your interest, and what’s new in WIC, always with
time for open discussion and sharing. Register here.

June 29, 2016. Moorhead. Noon - 4:00 (sign-in 11:45) Loving Support for
Breastfeeding. Training on 3-step breastfeeding counseling. Register here.
