The workshop is designed

and teaching techniques, plus the
opportunity for professional
development and networking.

Workshop participants will earn
four continuing education
credits toward renewal of their
State of Minnesota Food Manager
Certificate.
•
The registration fee is $60. Registration includes course materials,
training tools, lunch, and breaks.
•
Pre-registration is required. Space
is limited to the first 100 people to
