CY 2015 Unduplicated Participation Report Templates Available in Infoview
The following preliminary CY 2015 unduplicated participation data can now be obtained using
Infoview templates posted in the PUBLIC FOLDERS/MN SHARED/PARTICIPATION –
UNDUPLICATED folder.
•
CY 2015 BY RACE/ETHNICITY & WIC CATEGORY (folder): MN WIC Participation by
Unduplicated Race/Ethnicity for Calendar Year 2015 by Grantee, Agency, CHB of
Residence, County of Residence and City of Residence
•
CY 2015 BY WIC CATEGORY: 2015 Calendar Year Unduplicated Minnesota WIC
Participation Count by Grantee, Agency, CHB of Residence, County of Residence and City
of Residence
How Participation is Defined
•
Unduplicated: participants are counted once, the first time they were issued benefits in
2015.
•
WIC Type & Breastfeeding Status (if applicable): reflect the participants’ status at the
time of issuance.
•
Agency & Grantee Counts: based on where the benefits were issued.
•
CHB, County and City of Residence Counts: based on the participants’ current
residence.
Final CY 2015 Version of Reports: Once the December 2015 End-of-Month close-out reports
are available in late March, a final version of these reports will be posted to the WIC Reports &
Data Participation and Demographics Unduplicated Participation page. Until then, preliminary
CY 2015 annual data may be obtained by running the Infoview templates.
