PCS Webinars for 2016
Throughout 2016, Minnesota WIC and Altarum will be presenting Participant Centered Services
webinars. To help facilitate WIC clinic and staff scheduling for Calendar Year 2016, the schedule
of PCS webinars for the year is available at Minnesota WIC PCS Webinar Series - Schedule for
2016. Please refer to this schedule for the list of webinar dates and times to be offered. Use this
schedule to plan staffing for future months. Registration for each webinar will be available
about 2 months prior to each webinar. Watch the WIC Wednesday Updates for webinar
registration information.
A change in how to access the webinars:
Starting with the April webinar, Altarum is changing to a new website and audio connection for
the webinars. The new site will provide improved sound quality and be able to better address
technical issues. If you registered for an April or May webinar before April 8th, you should have
received a confirmation email late last week with the new access information. If you did not
receive an email with the new access information, please contact [email protected].
April 2016 Webinar registration is still open
A webinar, Building Your Team, will be presented for WIC Program Leadership Staff.
The webinars are scheduled for:
• Thursday, April 21st, 8:30-9:30am
• Thursday, April 21st, 12:30-1:30pm
• Friday, April 22nd, 8:30-9:30am

A webinar, Dealing with Difficult People, will be presented for Clerical and Support Staff.
The webinars are scheduled for:
• Monday, May 2nd, 8:30-9:30am

• Tuesday, May 3rd, 3:00-4:00pm. This time was just added!
