Matakuliah Tahun Versi : H0204/ Rekayasa Sistem Komputer : 2005 : v0 / Revisi 1 Pertemuan 12 Prosedur dan Konsep Perawatan 1 Learning Outcomes Pada akhir pertemuan ini, diharapkan mahasiswa akan mampu : • Merangkaikan pemahaman konsep kehandalan yang didapat di kelas dengan sistem yang ada di perusahaan 2 Outline Materi • Hal-hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam menjalankan prosedur perawatan • Perancangan kemampuan produksi 3 Prosedur dan Konsep Perawatan (preventive dan Corrective Maintenance) Pada sistem yang cukup rumit, perlu memperhatikan halhal berikut : • Unit-unit dalam perbaikan yang akan diganti/ dibuang • Jadual perawatan pencegahan dan pembagian tugaskelompok • Unit yang akan diperbaiki, level perbaikan (lokal, pusat pelayanan, atau pabrik) pada setiap kerusakan • Pada setiap tugas perbaikan, dibutuhkan level ketrampilan serta alat uji peralatan dan manual teknik • Banyaknya jalur perbaikan dan suku cadang (inventory) 4 Perancangan Kemampuan Produksi-(1) • Ukuran kemudahan dan ekonomis untuk memproduksi suatu sistem atau produk • Pertimbangan suatu sistem untuk diproduksi berdasarkan : – Penggunaan teknologi tepat guna-tepat sasaran – Manfaat langsung dan tidak langsung – Nilai ekonomis yang diperoleh • Prosedur perancangan kemampuan produksi 5 Perancangan Kemampuan Produksi-(2) System Requirements Proposed Design Configuration Selection of components/Materials/Layout Do the Components and Materials Satisfy Design Requirements (Stress, Strength, Corrosion Resistance, Hardness,Ductility,Electro-,Other)?
