REIMBURSEMENT FUND
The GSO's Competitive Professional Development Reimbursement Fund reimburses students who engaged in professional development activities and had to pay out of pocket
for room and board, travel, membership fees,
etc. The maximum reimbursement is $250
per student, per semester. April 2nd is the
deadline for spring applications.

BERKELEY REVIEW OF EDUCATION
CALL FOR PAPERS 2011-2012
The Berkeley Review of Education (BRE), a peer-reviewed interdisciplinary
journal, seeks manuscripts regarding issues affecting educational diversity
and equity from various cognitive, developmental, sociohistorical, linguistic,
and cultural perspectives. Published online and edited by students from the
Graduate School of Education at the University of California, Berkeley, the
BRE encourages senior and emerging scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to submit original research or compelling theoretical articles that offer the field of educational research new perspectives on diversity and equity.
Applications are being accepted on a rolling basis. For more information
about the BRE or to view past issues of the journal, please visit the journal’s

For manuscript submissions, please go to the “submit article” link on the
BRE website, http://repositories.cdlib.org/ucbgse/bre. It is suggested that
