TRIAD is the OSU faculty and staff club. Membership is open to the entire OSU community of faculty
and staff who enjoy
• Great lunchtime conversations with colleagues from around campus
• Meeting new people from different disciplines in a relaxed and fun atmosphere
• Learning something new about people they already know
• Interesting speakers drawn from OSU, local and state government, and beyond
• Good food prepared by OSU Catering
• Opportunity to develop new relationships
• A good laugh
• The perfect excuse to miss a workout at Dixon!
Officially, the objectives of the Triad Faculty and Staff Club of Oregon State University are
• to make more effective the service this institution renders to students and the state
• to stimulate greater accomplishments by our institution in the extension of human knowledge
and its application to human welfare
• to promote fellowship among its members
• to encourage a better understanding between educational institutions
• to foster cooperation among students, faculty, and townspeople.

By signing this membership application form, I commit to the principles and rules of The Triad Faculty and Staff Club of
Oregon State University. I agree to maintain active membership as much as possible, attending at least six
lunches per term.
