Fridays @ Lunch in C146
The hip-hop club provides a place for students to create choreography, learn choreography
and perform in the hip-hop style for Blake High School. We provide students with an outlet
for self-expression. The hip-hop club will study different styles of hip-hop and perform for
audiences.
Marching Band
Jon Eising / Scott Cameron
D148
This course is designed to give students the opportunity to participate in a corps style
marching band. Our goals are to teach team work, self-discipline, and develop higher level
thinking skills necessary to express one's self through music. The band performs at all varsity home football games as well as several community parades. Athletes are welcome - many
of our current members participate in other sports here at Blake.
