Third Grade Supply List
2015 - 2016
This is the list of supplies all third grade students will need for the beginning of
the year. We believe that an important part of becoming a successful learner
is to develop good organizational and personal management skills.
These supplies should be brought in to school no later than Tuesday,
September 8. PLEASE DO NOT ORGANIZE YOUR BINDERS AT HOME. We will set
up the binders together at the beginning of the year, including labeling
dividers.
Required Supplies:
2 inch 3-ring binder
1 package of 5 dividers (please do not label them, we will do this in school)
1 pencil pouch or pencil box
Pencils (to be replenished throughout the year so 2 pencils are available daily)
Erasers
2 red pens
2 one-subject spiral notebooks with 70 sheets (hole-punched), wide-ruled
1 pair of scissors
Glue sticks (a student typically uses 2 per year)
1 box of 24 crayons or colored pencils
Suggested Supplies:
1 package of loose leaf paper, white 3-holes, wide-rule
2 ballpoint pens
1 package of reinforcements
I pack of multi-colored highlighters
Sticky notes (Post-it brand preferred)
Headphones for Chromebooks (for personal use only)
Appreciated Donations:
2 boxes of tissues
Liquid hand soap or hand sanitizer
Sandwich-sized plastic zipped top bags
(Ziploc brand preferred)
Disinfecting wipes (Clorox brand preferred)
Sticky noes (Post-it brand preferred)
