What’s happening in the
classrooms?
Theme:
Wow, it’s the end of the first quarter! Time has
flown by! We are proud of the progress the
students have made.! They are counting with 1-to1 correspondence, sorting, identifying big/small
objects, and identifying letters. The students
are starting to answer “Wh” questions related to
a story. We are now working on position words and
recognizing numbers 1-10. We are continuing to
work on pre-writing skills (i.e. vertical/ horizontal
lines, circle), writing skills (letters P and B), and
phonemic awareness (letter sounds). We will
continue to work on attending skills and social
skills (i.e. sharing toys & communicating turning
taking). Please see the box below for the homeschool connection activities.
