“A release form is needed before transcripts can be sent: All seniors who wish
transcripts sent out this year as part of the college application process need to fill out
the yellow Information Release Form (available from the Counseling Department Office)
and have it signed by your parents. Drop the form off asap at the Counseling
Department Office. No information can be sent out from B-CC about you without this
release form.”
