Ph.D. in Public Administration Curriculum • • • The Ph.D. in Public Administration is a rigorous, research-based degree that prepares students for faculty positions or responsible positions with extensive research responsibilities in the upper levels of public and nonprofit organizations. Course delivery is geared towards the working student, meeting once a week in the evening (typically 5:30 – 8:20pm) at the downtown Avon Williams Campus, just blocks from the state capitol. Many of our students are mid-career professionals currently employed in the public or nonprofit sectors. You may begin pursuing this degree in the Fall, Spring or Summer semesters.
