Regents’ Online Masters in Professional Studies
Curriculum



The MPS is a completely online Masters in Professional Studies degree program of Tennessee
State University, offered through TN eCampus.
The program has three concentrations a student can pursue: Strategic Leadership, Human
Resource Management, and Training and Development.
Course delivery is entirely online and asynchronous (students do not have to be online at the
same time).
Degree Requirements
33 total hours of coursework:
 12 hours of core courses
 Required courses in subareas
 Electives in subareas
 Completion of a Professional Project
