This monthly report tracks Journal article usage (HTML and PDF) and is cumulative year-to-date.
(You can export usage reports to Excel, see details on pages 8 and 9.)

Consortial Roll-up COUNTER Reports give you calendar YTD (year-to-date) totals which are also broken out by
HTML and PDF. At the top of the page you will find the roll-up report for the consortium which is followed by the roll-up
reports for each member institution of the consortium.

Begin by clicking on the tab-delimited version link located within the COUNTER Usage Report

A screen will pop up with the tab-delimited data. In the scroll down File menu, click
Save Page As... or Save As... and name the page

Open a blank Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. From the File menu click Open. From the drop down
menu select Text Files. Find and open the text file you named when saving the usage statistics.

Once you open the Text file, the Text Import Wizard will appear.
Start import at row 6, then click Next. Make any choices you’d like from Steps 2 and 3. Then click Finish.
You can now manipulate the data to your preference within Excel.
