Begin by clicking on the tab-delimited version link located within the COUNTER Usage Report

A screen will pop up with the tab-delimited data. In the scroll down File menu, click
Save Page As... or Save As... and name the page

Open a blank Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. From the File menu click Open. From the drop down
menu select Text Files. Find and open the text file you named when saving the usage statistics.

Once you open the Text file, the Text Import Wizard will appear.
Start import at row 6, then click Next. Make any choices you’d like from Steps 2 and 3. Then click Finish.
You can now manipulate the data to your preference within Excel.
